By submitting your details to join the Dreams Webring, you are complying with these basic terms.

If I find evidence of exploitation of these rules in any way, I hold the right to withdraw any site from the ring without prior notification.

1. Your site must not be subject to any indecent or illegal material.

2.Your site does not contain material of a discriminative or abusive nature, ie. racism, facism, pornography etc.

3. You do not use abusive or any such language towards other members of the ring.

4. The decision of the administrator is final. The rights to remove/accept of sites is held by the Dreams Webring administrator.

5. Once submitted, your site remains in a queue. You will receive notification that you are in the queue, and again when your site is part of the ring.

6. By joining the ring you are required to display the Dreams Webring banner somewhere on your index page (the banner at the top of this page, but of course, smaller!). I will send a copy of this with your acceptance e-mail.
